Abstract:
Provided is an anti-fatigue traditional Chinese medicine compound composition, composed of, in parts by weight, 9-15 parts of ginseng, 40-50 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 19-25 parts of Astragalus membranaceus, 8-10 parts of white hyacinth bean, 11-13 parts of Chinese yam, 13-17 parts of poria cocos, 5-7 parts of rhizoma zingiberis, 4-6 parts of dried orange peel, and 6-8 parts of liquorice. The composition can significantly improve body functions, enhance physical strength, relieve physical fatigue, and is safe, efficient, and economical.
