An anti-fingerprint terminal housing (100), comprising a housing substrate (10); the housing substrate (10) comprises a first surface (101) and second surface (102) which are oppositely disposed, the first surface (101) facing the exterior of a terminal, while the second surface (102) faces the interior of the terminal; the first surface (101) is provided with a plurality of protrusions or recesses (201) that are provided at intervals and that are constructed and formed by the housing substrate (10); the distance between the borders of any two adjacent protrusions or recesses (201) located on the same side is within a range of 1 nm-900 nm, and the height of the protrusions or the depth of the recesses (201) is within a range of 1 nm-400 nm. The anti-fingerprint terminal housing has good dirt resistance, fingerprint resistance, high light transmission, low haze, and high wear resistance by means of providing a structure of protrusions or recesses that is constructed and formed by the housing substrate on the surface of the housing substrate, as well as by means of designing and controlling the distribution and size of the protrusions and recesses. Further disclosed is a terminal comprising the anti-fingerprint terminal housing.
