Claims

1. The anti-fog spray is made of the following components:

Biological surfactants, particularly choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination of the aforementioned substances at 0.5-10% by weight,

CITRIC ACID at 0.1-1% by weight,

SILICONE EMULSION at 0.1-1% by weight,

WATER at 88-99.3% at by weight.

2. An appropriate anti-fog spray in Claim 1 is made up of the following components:

Biological surfactants, especially choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination of the aforementioned substances at 10% by weight,

CITRIC ACID at 1% by weight,

SILICONE EMULSION at 1% by weight,

WATER at 88 % by weight.

3. The method of production of the anti-fog spray in Claim 1-2 is as follows:

Step 1 : Pour water into a container in the aforementioned ratios.

Step 2: Add biological surfactants, particularly choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination by ratio.

Step 3: Mix together. Step 4: Add CITRIC ACID by ratio or until the solution has neutral acidity/alkalinity. Step 5: Pour the solution into containers for distribution.

Description:
ANTI-FOG SPRAY

Branch of Science Associated with the Invention

Chemistry in parts related to the anti-fog spray.

Background of related art or science

The anti-fog sprays that are currently available are made from synthetic non-ionic, cationic or anionic surfactants, while some products contain both cationic and anionic substances such as TWEEN, SODIUM DODECYL SULFATE, CETRIMONIUM BROMIDE, etc. These products contain either a single surfactant or multiple surfactants with SILICONE EMULSION as a component. No biological surfactants have ever been used as an ingredient for this type of invention. In particular, anti-fogging for diving goggles involves close usage with the eyes.

Invention Characteristics and Objectives

The anti-fog spray is made of the following components:

Biological surfactants such as GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACIDS, PHOSPHOLIPIDS, etc; CITRIC ACID, SILICONE EMULSION and WATER subjected to processes to produce a blended solution.

The objective of this invention is to provide biological anti-fog sprays with choosable biological substances that do not irritate the eyes and that can degrade naturally, especially for usage near the eyes such as on diving goggles.

Full Disclosure of the Invention

The anti-fog spray is made up of the following components:

Biological surfactants, especially choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination of the aforementioned substances at 0.5-10% by weight, CITRIC ACID at 0.1-1% by weight

SILICONE EMULSION at 0.1-1% by weight,

WATER at 88-99.3% by weight.

A suitable anti-fog spray is composed of the following:

Biological surfactants, especially choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination at 10% by weight,

CITRIC ACID at 1% by weight,

SILICONE EMULSION at 1% by weight,

WATER at 88% by weight.

The production method for the anti-fog spray is as follows:

Step 1: Pour water in the aforementioned ratios into a container

Step 2: Add biological surfactants, particularly choosable substances consisting of GLYCOLIPIDS, FATTY ACID and PHOSPHOLIPID in one substance or any combination by ratio.

Step 3: Mix together.

Step 4: Add CITRIC ACID by ratio or until the solution has neutral acidity/alkalinity. Step 5: Pour the solution into containers for distribution. Best Invention Method
