Abstract:
An anti-hepatoma and anti-liver fibrosis oligopeptide extracted from marine gastropod mucus. A total protein is extracted by using low-cost marine gastropod mucus as a raw material, and enzymolysis is performed on the extracted total protein by means of a mixed protease, such that a marine gastropod mucus oligopeptide is prepared. The prepared oligopeptide has no toxicity to human normal hepatocytes (not causing damage to normal hepatocytes) within a certain concentration range, has an extremely remarkable inhibiting effect on the proliferation of both human hepatoma cells Hep-G2 and rat hepatic stellate cells HSC-T6 of which the phenotype is an activated type, has the advantages of being low in price, low in dosage and instantly effective, and the like, and can be applied in the preparation of anti-hepatoma and anti-liver fibrosis drugs.
