Abstract:
An anti-human osteopontin antibody and use thereof. The antibody comprises a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region; the CRD region sequence of the light chain variable region comprises a light chain CDR1, a light chain CDR2 and a light chain CDR3; and the CRD region sequence of the heavy chain variable region comprises a heavy chain CDR1, a heavy chain CDR2 and a heavy chain CDR3. The amino acid sequence of the heavy chain variable region is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, and the amino acid sequence of the light chain variable region is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2. Said antibody can be specifically bind to an OPN-N terminal fragment, and said antibody recognizes a DLPATEVFTP sequence close to an RGD domain in OPN. The anti-OPN chimeric antibody can be used for measuring the content of the OPN-N fragment in a detection system. In addition, an epitope specifically recognized by the anti-OPN antibody is close to the RGD functional domain, so that said antibody has a good efficacy against non-small cell lung cancer and has a potential medicinal value.
