Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an antibody that can bind to IGF-1R. The present antibody is made up of light chains and heavy chains, and light chain and heavy chain variable domains thereof are one selection among the groups SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6 and SEQ ID: NO 7, SEQ ID NO: 8 and SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 10 and SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 12 and SEQ ID NO: 13, and SEQ ID NO: 14 and SEQ ID NO: 15. Further provided in the present invention are a nucleic acid molecule coding the antibody that binds to IGF-1R, a vector including the nucleic acid, a host cell transformed by said vector, and applications of the nucleic acid, the vector, and the host cell.
