Abstract:
An anti-monkeypox virus antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, and a reagent and kit for detecting monkeypox virus, which relate to the field of antibodies. The anti-monkeypox virus antibody comprises a heavy-chain complementarity determining region and a light-chain complementarity determining region. The antibody provides an important raw material source for the detection of monkeypox virus, and has improved affinity or activity.
