Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-nodulation tundish gas-permeable upper nozzle, comprising a bowl-shaped part (1), an outer-layer body (2), an inner-layer gas-permeable body (3), a direct through hole (4), a gas chamber slit (5) and an inlet argon blowing tube (6). External argon enters the inner cavity of the upper nozzle through the inlet argon blowing tube, the gas chamber slit and the direct through hole in sequence. The bowl-shaped part and the inner-layer gas-permeable body are of an Al2O3-MgO-C material, comprising the following chemical composition in percentages by weight: 60-74% of Al2O3, 18-32% of MgO, 6-10% of C, and the balance being a trace amount of impurities. The Al2O3-MgO-C material additionally comprises an antioxidant and a phenolic resin binder. The tundish gas-permeable upper nozzle can provide excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and molten steel scouring resistance, and has an excellent comprehensive performance, can improve the problems that nodulation and clogging easily occur in the upper nozzle, and has a reasonable cost and a stable quality.
