Abstract:
An anti-over-positioning motor bearing disassembly-free disassembly and assembly method, comprising: pushing a rotating shaft (1) along the axial direction to move the rotating shaft for a preset distance, to drive an inner sealing ring (8) fixed on the distal surface of the rotating shaft (1) to abut against the inner wall of a distal end cover (10) in the axial direction; disassembling pre-assembled mounding bolts (12) in mounting holes on a proximal end cover (5), then re-mounting locking bolts (13) in the mounting holes, and increasing matching depths of cylindrical pins (11) in the mounting holes by means of the locking bolts (13) to make the tail ends of the cylindrical pins abut against a surface of a fan (4) sleeved on a shaft shoulder side of the rotating shaft (1); disassembling and replacing a positioning bearing assembly at the distal end of the rotating shaft (1), and disassembling and replacing a non-positioning bearing assembly at the proximal end of the rotating shaft (1); and disassembling the locking bolts (13), then re-mounting the mounting bolts (12) in the mounting holes, and mounting a positioning bearing seat and the distal end cover (10) in place, so that the rotating shaft (1) is reversely reset in the axial direction. The method can achieve disassembly-free disassembly and assembly of a motor bearing, improve the disassembly and replacement efficiency, and avoid over-positioning of a positioning bearing during a disassembly and replacement process.
