Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of solar cell packaging adhesive films, and specifically relates to an anti-PID POE adhesive film specifically for photovoltaic double-glass assembly packaging and a preparation method therefor. The POE adhesive film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-30 parts of a POE graft modified resin, 90-95 parts of a first POE resin, 0.01-0.5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-0.5 parts of a PID regulator, 0.01-0.5 parts of a light stabilizer, 0.5-5 parts of a crosslinking auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of a coupling agent, 0.01-0.5 parts of an antioxidant and 0.5-5 parts of a crosslinking agent. Compared with an adhesive film used in the current industry, the POE adhesive film has a better PID resistance and aging resistance, and can ensure that the power attenuation of PID after 192 h is controlled within 3.0%.
