Abstract:
An optical member 10 has an anti-reflection film 12 that is provided on a substrate 11. The anti-reflection film 12 has a resin layer 4 and irregular-shaped fibers 1 that are each bound to the resin layer 4 and that each have a core part and a plurality of protrusions 3 extending from the core part. A plurality of the tips of the protrusions 3 of the irregular-shaped fibers 1 protrude from the surface of the resin layer 4.
