Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of integrated black panel display devices, and provides an anti-reflection film, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The anti-reflection film comprises a substrate and an absorption film layer plated on the substrate; the absorption film layer comprises at least one absorption layer prepared from a TixSiyN material, at least one low-refractive-index layer, and at least one high-refractive-index layer which are alternately stacked; the thickness of the absorption film layer is 100-1,000 nm, and the total thickness of the absorption layer prepared from the TixSiyN material in the absorption film layer is less than or equal to 55 nm and is not 0 nm. The absorption layer prepared from the TixSiyN material not only has good absorption in a visible light region, but also has high sheet resistance; in addition, in the present application, by means of settings of the thickness of the anti-reflection film and the total thickness of the absorption layer prepared from the TixSiyN material in the absorption film layer, the anti-reflection film in the present application has good absorption and also has high sheet resistance performance.
