Provided are an anti-reflection stack structure, a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The anti-reflection stack structure comprises: a substrate, having a first refractive index and a first surface; an anti-static layer, arranged on one side of the substrate, the anti-static layer having a second refractive index and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and an anti-reflection layer, arranged between the substrate and the anti-static layer, the anti-reflection layer comprising at least one composite layer, said composite layer comprising a first anti-reflection layer and a second anti-reflection layer, the first anti-reflection layer having a third refractive index, the second anti-reflection layer having a fourth refractive index, at most one first anti-reflection layer being attached to the first surface of the substrate, at most one second anti-reflection layer being attached to the second surface of the anti-static layer, the second refractive index being greater than the first refractive index and the fourth refractive index, and the third refractive index being greater than the first refractive index and the fourth refractive index.
