Abstract:
Provided are an anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) monoclonal antibody, a preparation method for the antibody, and related use of the antibody for immunodetection. The anti-RSV monoclonal antibody exhibits high sensitivity and high specificity for RSV, can be used for RSV detection at nanogram concentrations on a chromatographic platform, and can achieve more sensitive detection, e.g., at picogram concentrations, in other platforms such as chemiluminescent immunoassay.
