Abstract:
An anti-static coating device for a PVC board and a coating method of the anti-static coating device, relating to the field of PVC boards. The anti-static coating device comprises: a transportation rail (1) having a circular shape, a plurality of support columns (11) being fixedly connected to two sides of the transportation rail (1) at equal intervals; a PVC board clamping mechanism (2) movably arranged at the bottom of the transportation rail (1), the PVC board clamping mechanism (2) being used for automatically assembling a PVC board and adjusting the height of the PVC board; an anti-static liquid pool (3) used for adhering an anti-static liquid to the surface of the PVC board in cooperation with the PVC board clamping mechanism (2); and an ultraviolet drying mechanism (4). The PVC board clamping mechanism (2), the anti-static liquid pool (3), and the ultraviolet drying mechanism (4) are provided, the PVC board clamping mechanism (2) can automatically clamp and release a PVC board, and the ultraviolet drying mechanism (4) can automatically replace an ultraviolet lamp without manual operation, so that the working efficiency is improved.
