Abstract:
An anti-static method, an anti-static apparatus, and a panel display manufacturing device. The anti-static apparatus comprises: an adjustable air supply system (25), used for supplying a gas (11); multiple air outlets (21), the gas (11) supplied by the adjustable air supply system (25) being blown to a substrate (10) through the air outlets (21); and spray points (22), arranged in the air outlets (21) and used for ionizing, by means of discharging, air passing near tips of the spray points (22) and/or part of the gas (11) passing near tips of the spray points (22), so that the gas (11) blown out of the air outlets (21) comprises ions. The anti-static apparatus can resolve the problem that a display panel is subjected to static damage due to accumulation and release of static electricity in the panel display industry.
