Provided are an anti-toppling assembly (10) and a refrigerator (30). The anti-toppling assembly (10) comprises: a first matching member (110), used for fixing to the ground and/or a wall body and provided with a blocking portion (111); and a second matching member (120), provided on the rear side of a refrigerator body (310). The blocking portion (111) and the second matching member (120) can be butt-jointed along the front-back direction of the refrigerator body (310), and the blocking portion (111) and the second matching member (120) which are butt-jointed in place have an overlapping portion in a vertical direction, so that the blocking portion (111) can apply, to the second matching member (120), a force opposite to the direction in which the refrigerator body (310) topples forward. The anti-toppling assembly (10) can be butt-jointed in place when the built-in refrigerator (30) is disposed in place, and does not need to be mounted after the refrigerator (30) is mounted in place, thereby avoiding the problem that there is no enough operation space after the built-in refrigerator (30) is disposed in place.
