Abstract:
An antibacterial ceramic tile, comprising an antibacterial enamel layer provided on the upper surface of the ceramic tile; the antibacterial enamel layer consists of a basic transparent enamel and a zirconium phosphate-loaded composite antibacterial agent; the zirconium phosphate-loaded composite antibacterial agent is accumulated on the upper portion of the antibacterial enamel layer, and the antibacterial effective components of the composite antibacterial agent are antibacterial oxides and antibacterial ions. Zirconium phosphate is introduced into the antibacterial enamel layer on the surface of the ceramic tile, and due to the feature of low density of the zirconium phosphate, after being sintered at a high temperature, the zirconium phosphate is accumulated on the upper portion of the enamel layer so as to form a surface having a porous structure, thereby serving as a carrier for the attachment of the composite antibacterial agent, strengthening the binding force between the antibacterial material and the ceramic tile, and giving the ceramic tile a longer-lasting and more excellent antibacterial performance while not affecting the decorative effect of the surface appearance of the ceramic tile. The preparation method for the antibacterial ceramic tile has simple steps and strong controllability, and facilitates large-scale industrial production.
