Abstract:
Disclosed is an antibacterial healing-promoting functionalized dressing, comprising a bottom lining layer, a polyurethane foam layer and an antibacterial healing-promoting functional layer which are sequentially bonded, the antibacterial healing-promoting functional layer comprising an antibacterial healing-promoting functional component, a moisturizing agent and a thickening agent, the mass fraction of the antibacterial healing-promoting functional component being 0.03% to 20%, the antibacterial healing-promoting functional component being composed of one or more water-soluble chitosans which have good solubility, antibacterial properties and the function of promoting skin cell proliferation. A polymer material having antibacterial and healing-promoting functions is mixed with a polymer having moisturizing and swelling characteristics, thereby retaining the antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the material. A viscous functionalized polymer solution retains the effect of absorbing wound exudate while imparting functionality to the foam dressing. The wound exudate absorbed by the dressing can also be used as a solvent, so that the dried antibacterial and healing-promoting polymer rapidly swells and dissolves to return to a semi-gel state, and the wound moist environment is stably and continuously retained.
