Abstract:

Disclosed is an antibacterial textile fabric with high toughness. The present invention relates to the technical field of textiles, and in particular relates to an antibacterial textile fabric with high toughness. The antibacterial textile fabric comprises a textile fabric body and an antibacterial silver core, wherein the uppermost layer of the textile fabric body is a wear-resistant layer, and the bottommost layer of the textile fabric body is a silk woven layer; a bonding layer, an air-permeable layer, an upper elastic grid layer, an antibacterial layer, and a lower elastic grid layer are sequentially arranged between the wear-resistant layer and the silk woven layer from top to bottom; the upper elastic grid layer and the lower elastic grid layer are identical in structure and both are grid textile layers; a plurality of antibacterial silver cores are embedded in an inner side of the antibacterial layer, the plurality of antibacterial silver cores horizontally corresponding to one another; a horizontal spacing distance between two adjacent antibacterial silver cores is the same; and the upper surface of the wear-resistant layer is a wrinkled arc surface. By using the above technical solution, the present invention has advantageous effects: the antibacterial silver core is arranged in the textile fabric, such that growth of bacteria is inhibited, the toughness and flexibility of the textile fabric are improved, and the textile fabric is not prone to breakage and can satisfy the requirements of people.
