Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and therapeutic and diagnostic uses thereof. The anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof according to the present invention can bind specifically to the S protein, which plays an important role in the infiltration of SARS-CoV-2 into host cells, to inhibit the infection of SARS-CoA-2, and thus can be advantageously used as a therapeutic agent for COVID-19 and as a diagnostic agent and diagnostic kit for COVID-19.
