The present invention addresses the problem of developing an antibody-drug complex containing a TLR7/8 dual agonist compound or a salt thereof to provide a pharmaceutical composition used for the prevention or treatment of various types of cancer.　The present inventors have discovered a compound having a TLR7/8 dual agonistic activity or a salt thereof, and have studied on an antibody-drug complex that can be used as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of various types of cancer. As a result, it is found that the antibody-drug complex of the present invention or a salt thereof has a TNF-α- and INF-γ-producing effect and an in vivo anti-tumor effect and can be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer. Furthermore, an anti-CLDN6 antibody is also discovered, which is used for the antibody-drug complex of the present invention or a salt thereof. The antibody-drug complex containing a TLR7/8 dual agonist compound according to the present invention or a salt thereof, and a compound represented by formula (II) according to the present invention or a salt thereof have a TNF-α- and INF-γ-producing effect and an in vivo anti-tumor effect and are expected as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for cancer.
