Abstract:
The present invention provides an antibody-modified filter capable of specifically adsorbing or removing a target substance, and a material used in the filter. An antibody-binding surface-modified substrate that includes a substrate-binding polymer having a reaction unit and an aggregate-forming polymer unit 1, and a surface-forming polymer having a boronyl-group-containing unit and an aggregate-forming polymer unit 2, the antibody-binding surface-modified substrate being such that an aggregate is bound to the surface of the substrate and an antibody is bound.
