Abstract:
This assistance method for assisting the production of antibodies comprises acquiring first time-series data corresponding to the amount of metabolites produced as a result of culturing a cell line for producing antibodies under predetermined culture conditions on a small scale (step S12), acquiring second time-series data corresponding to the amount of metabolites produced as a result of culturing a cell line under predetermined culture conditions on a large scale (step S12), identifying differences between the first time-series data and the second time-series data (step S14), identifying metabolites of interest due to the differences (step S16), and producing display data based on the metabolites of interest (step S17).
