Abstract:
In the present invention, prepared are a 9-10.2 antibody and an 8-4.1 antibody that recognize eight amino acids, YFGKLESK, present in the neoepitope formed as a result of a precursor pro-IL-18 being cleaved by caspase-1 or caspase-4. The present invention can provide antibodies that only recognize activated IL-18.
