The present invention relates to an antibody that specifically binds to a SIRPα variant and, more specifically, to: an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a SIRPα variant or fragment thereof comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; and a method for detecting a SIRPα variant in a sample using same.
