Provided are: an antifouling coating material composition in which thickening is suppressed in comparison with the prior art, and the antifouling coating material composition has long-term storage stability and can exhibit excellent antifouling properties and water resistance (long-term mechanical characteristics) when a coating film thereof is formed; and a technique relating to the antifouling coating material composition. An antifouling coating material composition obtained by blending: (A) a silyl-acrylic copolymer having component units derived from triisopropylsilyl (meth)acrylate (A1) and a polymerizable monomer (A2) having a polymerizable double bond; and (B) a rosin compound which is at least any of a rosin having an acid value of 180 (mg KOH/g) or less and a non-metal-containing rosin derivative having an acid value of 180 (mg KOH/g) or less.
