Abstract:
Provided is an antigen peptide targeting FLT3-D835 mutation. Compared with a wild-type polypeptide having no affinity with HLA-A*02:01 molecules, the novel antigen peptide has high affinity. The antigen peptide can activate a specific immune response, remove leukemia cells in a targeted manner, stabilize the remission state of AML patients, and prolong the disease-free survival.
