Abstract:
Provided is an antimicrobial peptide composition, comprising an antimicrobial peptide, at least one stabilizer and a buffer system. The mass concentration of the antimicrobial peptide in the composition is 0.1‰-10‰. The buffer system is a phosphate buffer system or an acetate buffer system. The amino acid sequence of the antimicrobial peptide is KWKSFLKTFaAbKTVLHTALKAISS. The antimicrobial peptide composition is an external topical broad-spectrum anti-infection drug, and is suitable for various primary skin infections caused by pathogenic bacteria, especially drug resistant bacteria, and secondary skin infections such as eczema combined infections and ulcer combined infections, including persistent infectious diseases such as diabetic foot, burn wound infection and decubitus infection, thereby having a wide application prospect.
