Abstract:
Antimicrobial peptides such as, for example, the peptides shown in SEQ ID N° 1, SEQ ID N° 2, SEQ ID N° 3, SEQ ID N° 4 or SEQ ID N° 5. The peptides have activity against Gram positive bacteria and against Gram negative bacteria. A bactericidal composition is also provided, which may comprise an amount between 0.5 μg/mL and 1024 μg/mL of the peptides; and excipients.
