Abstract:
The present invention provides an antispasmodic agent spaced drug delivery system comprising an immediate release composition and timed pulse release composition releasing predetermined amounts of oxybutynin as a pulse initially and at predetermined time intervals to provide optimum therapy. The system is suitable for twice-a-day or once-a-day therapy of urinary incontinence.
