Abstract:
An antistatic flash-spun composite non-woven fabric (100) and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the antistatic flash-spun composite non-woven fabric (100) comprises the following steps: S1, using antistatic masterbatches and a first polymer as spun-bonding raw materials, preparing spun-bonded fibers from the spun-bonding raw materials by means of a spun-bonding method, and agglomerating the spun-bonded fibers to form a spun-bonded fiber web; and S2, using a second polymer as a raw material, preparing flash-spun fiber meshes by means of a flash spinning method, and laying the flash-spun fiber meshes on the spun-bonded fiber web to form a flash-spun fiber layer so as to prepare a composite fiber web; and S3, sequentially performing cold pressing treatment and hot rolling treatment on the composite fiber web, so that the spun-bonded fiber web forms a spun-bonded layer (12) and the flash-spun fiber layer forms a flash-spun layer (11), so as to obtain the flash-spun composite non-woven fabric (100).
