Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel cancer treatment method that exhibits significantly superior antitumor effect and has few side effects. This antitumor agent is characterized in that a four-epitope-linked peptide and an immune checkpoint molecule-adjusting agent are administered in combination with each other. In addition, by providing a cell in which a SART2-derived human tumor antigen epitope peptide and a human HLA-A24 are co-expressed, the antitumor effect on a human can be evaluated.
