Abstract:
A compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 and R2 represent each OH, R1 being present at the 1- or 2-position while R2 being present at the 10- or 11-position, provided when R1 is present at the 1-position, R2 is present at the 11-position, while when R1 is present at the 2-position, R2 is present at the 10-position. As the compound has an excellent antitumor effect, it is useful as an antitumor drug in the medicinal field.
