Abstract:
Antiviral agents containing as the active ingredients at least two substances selected from the group consisting of 6-benzyl-1-ethoxymethyl-5-substituted uracil derivatives such as 6-benzyl-1-ethoxymethyl-5-isopropyluracil and nucleoside-base reverse transcriptase inhibitors such as 3'-azido-3'-deoxythymidine and 2'-deoxy-3'-thiacytidine and esters thereof and exerting synergistic antiviral effects on retroviruses, etc.
