Abstract:
The present invention provides an API billing system and the like for flexibly changing a billing amount depending on a using side even in the same API. An API management device provided with: an acceptance unit for accepting a selection of a billing condition at a time of using an API from an application; a reception unit for receiving a request to the API; a transmission unit for transmitting a response which meets the request to the application; and a history storage unit for storing a history of requests and responses to the API for each of a plurality of applications using the API. A billing management device provided with: a billing condition storage unit for storing the billing condition at a time of using the API which is accepted by the acceptance unit for each of the plurality of applications using the API; an acquisition unit for acquiring information relating to the history from the history storage unit; and a decision unit for deciding, on the basis of the billing condition and the information relating to the history, a billing value to the application using the API, wherein the decision unit decides, depending on the billing condition, different billing values with respect to at least two applications with the same history which use the API.
