Abstract:
An apparatus for arranging knitting needles, capable of setting knitting needles in proper order in a knitting machine without requiring a high degree of skill of a worker, comprising (a) a series of knitting needle supply means for extruding one to a plurality of knitting needles in order in one direction, (b) a knitting needle piling means cooperating with all of the series of knitting needle supply means for piling and retaining the knitting needles, which are extruded from the needle supply means, in order in the direction of the thickness thereof, and (c) a means for moving the knitting needle piling means, which is in cooperation with one of the knitting needle supply means, so as to have the needle piling means cooperate with other predetermined knitting needle supply means.
