Abstract:
An apparatus for cleaning and cooling a solar panel according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle guide rail installed on both sides of a solar panel assembly formed by mutually coupling a plurality of solar panels; a vehicle installed so as to be movable along the vehicle guide rail, and having a head guide rail in a direction crossing the vehicle guide rail; a head guided by the head guide rail to move in a direction crossing the direction of movement of the vehicle; a first driving means providing driving power to the vehicle; and a second driving means providing driving power to the head.
