Abstract:
An apparatus for cleaning selenium-rich salted preserved eggs, comprising: a housing (1); and a cleaning structure, a rinsing structure, and a discharge structure that are provided inside the housing (1). A feed chute (4) is arranged obliquely at a feed port on the housing (1); a partition (5) is fixedly provided on the inner wall of the top of the housing (1); the rinsing structure is disposed below the partition (5); the cleaning structure is disposed on the left side of the partition (5) and above the feed chute (4); and the discharge structure is disposed on the right side of the partition (5). Once selenium-rich salted preserved eggs are placed on the feed chute (4), the cleaning structure cleans the eggs, the eggs roll onto a discharge chute (501), and are further cleaned. The eggs roll from the discharge chute (501) onto the rinsing structure and are further rinsed. Once rinsing is complete, the discharge structure moves the eggs out of the interior of the housing (1). The apparatus further comprises a filtering structure that allows for water inside the housing (1) to be recirculated through the rinsing structure to rinse the eggs, thus achieving the goal of conserving water. In the filtering structure, a cylindrical filter screen (801) is driven to rotate by means of a third drive motor (802), increasing filtering efficiency.
