Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for compressing and forming waste vinyl, and particularly to an apparatus (100) for forming a compressed mass of waste vinyl, which comprises a support frame (110), and a body frame (120) mounted on the top of the support frame (110), wherein the body frame (120) further includes a hopper (140) for receiving waste vinyl, etc., a tunnel part (130) for preheating the waste vinyl, etc. inputted through the hopper (140), a cylinder part (150) for compressing the waste vinyl inputted through the hopper (140), a tube (170) for compressing the waste vinyl into a compressed mass by the cylinder part (150), and a discharge member (161) connected to the tube (170) for discharging the compressed mass of waste vinyl, the discharge member (161) shaped like a nozzle including a slope part (166) tapering forward and a horizontal part (167) connected to the slope part (166), so that the apparatus for compressing and forming waste vinyl according to the present invention has a simple structure to reduce the cost of production and the cost of maintenance and repair as well as the processing time and heat loss, etc., thus significantly improving working efficiency.
