Abstract:
The present invention includes a guide part so that the height and angle thereof can be adjusted according to the amount and density of a foaming solution to be supplied when foaming is carried out for molding strand foam by coating a polyurethane reactive mixture on a rotating conveyor belt, and thus performs molding through a simple operation so that the upper surface of the strand foam is flat, thereby preventing a convexly curved surface from being formed on the upper surface of the strand foam, so as to reduce the amount of waste foam to be generated. Therefore, a convexly upward curved surface shape, like a crown shape formed on the upper surface of a foam (6), as illustrated in figure 2, is not formed when a block foam is molded by means of a conventional apparatus for continuously manufacturing a polyurethane strand foam, and thus economic efficiency is high since there are no regions from which an convexly upward curved surface should be removed.
