Abstract:
An apparatus and control system for real-time positioning of a robotic arm of an industrial robot, comprising a base (1). A first positioning sensor (2) is mounted inside the base; a pedestal (3) is mounted at the top of the base; a support (4) is mounted at the top of the pedestal; a support rod (5) is mounted at the top of the support; a mounting block (6) is mounted at the top of the support rod; a mechanical rear arm (7) is mounted on the mounting block; a second positioning sensor (8) is mounted on the mechanical rear arm; a mechanical middle arm (9) is mounted at the end of the mechanical rear arm away from the mounting block; a third positioning sensor (10) is mounted on the mechanical middle arm; a mechanical front arm (11) is mounted at the end of the mechanical middle arm away from the mechanical rear arm; a fourth positioning sensor (12) is mounted on the mechanical front arm; a mechanical gripper (13) is mounted at the end of the mechanical front arm away from the mechanical middle arm. A robotic arm of an industrial robot can be better positioned in real time so that the use requirements of people can be better met.
