Abstract:
An apparatus for cutting and forming staples, comprising a frame (1), a forming mold (2), a stamping mold (31), a first driving apparatus (32), a cutting apparatus and a second driving apparatus (6). The cutting apparatus comprises an upper cutter (4) and a lower cutter (5), which are provided on the frame (1), are located on the right side of the forming mold (2), and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a first horizontal plane. The second driving apparatus (6) is connected to the upper cutter (4) and the lower cutter (5), and is used for driving the upper cutter (4) and the lower cutter (5) to simultaneously interlock with each other. When the upper cutter (4) moves to the first horizontal plane, the lower cutter (5) simultaneously moves to the first horizontal plane, and when the upper cutter (4) moves away from the first horizontal plane, the lower cutter (5) simultaneously moves away from the first horizontal plane. The second driving apparatus drives the upper cutter (4) and the lower cutter (5) to interlock, so that when cutting the material, the upper cutter (4) and the lower cutter (5) can simultaneously apply force to the upper and lower sides of the material. Thus, the cutting forces onto the material are more even, and the sharpness of the staples formed after cutting is more symmetrical, which can improve the cutting precision as well as the sharpness symmetry of the staples.
