Abstract:
An apparatus for detecting a defect of a steel wire cord fabric (41), used for obtaining a reinforced magnetic field signal of the steel wire cord fabric (41) and detecting the defect of the steel wire cord fabric (41) on the basis of the reinforced magnetic field signal, and comprising a magnetic field unit (11) comprising a permanent magnet (111) used for generating a background magnetic field; a signal obtaining unit (22) configured to generate the reinforced magnetic field signal of the steel wire cord fabric (41) on the basis of multiple first magnetic field signals and multiple second magnetic field signals and comprising a magnetic sensor module (221), a differential module (222), and a signal output module (223); and a defect detection unit configured to detect the defect of the steel wire cord fabric (41) on the basis of the reinforced magnetic field signal and comprising an AD conversion module, a signal processing module, a defect detection module, a display module, and a control module. The apparatus for detecting the defect of the steel wire cord fabric (41) can effectively increase a signal-to-noise ratio, eliminate the problem of poor magnetic field signal precision caused by non-uniform magnetic line distribution of the background magnetic field, and effectively reduce the influence of an interference magnetic field.
