Abstract:
An ideal production line for enhancing productivity of heat exchanger can be configured by employing a system (so−called center through system) where the carrying passage of heat exchanger is straightened, i.e. the heat exchanger is carried in from one side (left or right direction) of an apparatus for enlarging a tube used in the heat exchanger and carried out from the other side, thereby enhancing the carrying efficiency. A pair of first guide bars (10) are inserted at the left and right positions on the front side of an end plate (9) and a pair of second guide bars (11) are inserted at the left and right positions on the rear side. A base section (2) for holding the first and second guide bars (10, 11) is provided with any one of the guide path (2a) of a body (24) for carrying a heat exchanger or a heat exchanger guide path (2a) for installing a heat exchanger carrier within the separation distance between the first and second guide bars (10, 11) such that the heat exchanger can be passed from one side to the other side of the base section (2).
