Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a frame (10) for an apparatus for manufacturing ceramic screw caps which forms screw threading on the interior surface of a processable material substrate which forms the open lower portion of a finished ceramic screw cap; a plaster frame fixing unit (20), formed on frame (10), for securing a plaster frame which holds the processable material substrate made of a malleable clay, in an up / down flipped-over state such that screw threading can be formed on the inner surface thereof; a support (30) formed to protrude from the upper portion of the frame; an actuator (40) installed on one side of the support; a rotating mold (50) which rotates about the actuator (40) and simultaneously enters into the processable material substrate and forms screw threading on the inner surface thereof, then recedes back out in reverse; and a control unit (60) which controls the actions of the actuator (40).
