Title:
APPARATUS FOR MEASURING BIOSIGNALS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/115432
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring biosignals, in which a movable electrode and a fixed electrode are kept parallel to each other to accurately measure capacitance change values, thus improving the reliability of the results of blood pressure measurements, in which the movable electrode and the fixed electrode are shielded and a lead for connection is shielded to reduce errors in the measurement of said capacitance change values, and in which a sensor for measuring blood pressure, and a transmitter and a microcontroller unit (MCU) for calculating blood pressure from the signal outputted by the sensor, are integrally formed into a single unit to minimize time and labor for the assembly and installation of the apparatus. The apparatus for measuring biosignals according to the present invention comprises: a diaphragm which receives vibrations caused by the pulses of a user to vibrate, and has a protrusion formed at one side thereof; a mounting plate on which the diaphragm is mounted; a movable electrode, which has an insertion hole for the insertion of the protrusion, and which is mounted on the diaphragm, and which moves in accordance with the vibration of the diaphragm; and a fixed electrode spaced apart from the movable electrode.
