Abstract:
An electronic device according to one embodiment can: generate a route including a starting point and a first destination to be visited determined on the basis of order information; while the electronic device is moving along the route using a driving unit, on the basis of a failure to receive an order from the first destination for which standing information indicating where at least one customer is standing is identified, perform an operation of outputting information indicating a serving tray on which a basic item is placed on the basis of arrival at the first destination; and exclude the first destination from the route on the basis of completion of the driving along the route and on the basis of at least one item indicated in the order received at the first destination not being delivered to the first destination.
