Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of highway engineering quality detection equipment, and particularly relates to an apparatus for detecting the centre height of a corrugated beam steel guardrail crossbeam, comprising: a base plate, clamping claw assemblies, a clamping claw drive member, a horizontal rod, and a laser rangefinder; there are two sets of clamping claw assemblies arranged opposite to one another and slidably arranged on the same surface of the base plate; the clamping claw drive member is connected to the two clamping claw assemblies, and drives the two clamping claw assemblies to move closer to or further away from one another; the horizontal rod is fixed on the other surface of the base plate, and the laser rangefinder is arranged on the horizontal rod, and the laser rangefinder is used for measuring the distance between a measurement point thereof and the highway road surface. By means of the two clamping claw assemblies arranged opposite to one another on the base plate, and by means of the clamping claw drive member simultaneously driving the two clamping claw assemblies to synchronously gather together towards the centre, the base plate is fixed onto a corrugated beam steel guardrail crossbeam, and the laser rangefinder arranged on the horizontal rod increases the precision and efficiency of distance measurement. The present application also sets forth a method for detecting the centre height of corrugated beam steel guardrail crossbeam.
