Abstract:
An apparatus and method for detecting the hot-melt welder temperature of a polyethylene pressure pipe. The apparatus for detecting the hot-melt welder temperature of a polyethylene pressure pipe comprises a bracket. The bracket comprises at least two support rods (100), wherein at least one support rod (100) or its extension cord intersects with another support rod (100) or its extension cord. At least one thermal probe (200) is provided on the support rod (100). The thermal probe (200) is in sliding connection with the support rod (100), and the sliding direction is the lengthwise direction of the support rod (100). The thermal probe (200) has a signal output terminal. At least two thermal probes (200) lie on the same side of the bracket. By sliding the thermal probe (200), the position of the thermal probe (200) can be adjusted to perform temperature detection at a specific position point on a heat-emitting face. Moreover, if adopting a single thermal probe (200) for repeated measurement, when the temperature rise obtained by the thermal probe (200) in a previous measurement cannot be dissipated and decreased timely, an error may arise in the next measurement of the thermal probe (200), whereas if adopting multiple thermal probes (200) to measure multiple points to be measured at the same time, such a measurement error can be eliminated, thereby improving the measurement accuracy.
